Cancellation and refunds

The free month

Your first app is free for 30 days. We take a card at sign-up and charge nothing until the free month ends. Cancel before then from your dashboard and you pay nothing at all.

We email you a few days before the first charge, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your dashboard: open the app and choose Remove this app, or open Billing and cancel everything. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and until then everything keeps working.

When the period ends, the demo goes offline. Its data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted.

Refunds

Monthly charges are for the month ahead and are not refunded for partial months or unused change requests. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends rather than getting money back.

If we failed to deliver a working demo at all, or charged you by mistake, email hello@kelldev.ai within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. We'd rather fix the problem than argue about it.

Disputes

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer quickly, and a refund from us is faster than a chargeback.
