What you're buying

kelldev.ai is a subscription. For each app you add, we build a working demo from the brief you write, host it at a link you can share, and make changes you ask for through your dashboard. Demos are previews, built quickly with AI agents and reviewed by us; they are not production software, and going live for real is a separate service.

Each app includes five change requests per month per platform: five for a web or mobile app, ten for an app on both. Unused requests don't carry over. We may decline a request that is outside what the demo can reasonably do, and we'll say why.

Free month and billing

Your first app is free for 30 days. We ask for a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the free month ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

After the free month your subscription renews automatically each month at $50 for a web or mobile app, or $75 for an app on both, until you cancel. Each further app you add is billed at that rate from the day you add it; the free month applies to your first app only.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.

Cancelling

You can cancel any app, or everything, at any time from your dashboard. No email, no call. Cancelling stops the next charge; what you've already paid for keeps running until the end of that billing period.

When a paid period ends after a cancellation, the demo goes offline. We keep its data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.

Your brief and your demo

You own what you tell us and the idea behind it. We own the code we write to build the demo while it is hosted with us, and we may reuse the generic parts of it across customers. If you take the idea further with us on a production plan, the code for that is covered by that agreement.

Don't use a demo to collect real payments, real personal data from other people, or anything else that needs production security. Don't ask us to build something illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights; we'll decline and may close the account.

What we promise, and don't

We aim to deliver a first demo within hours and most arrive within 24 hours, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Demos are provided as they are, without warranty. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the three months before a claim.

We can change these terms by posting a new version here and emailing you about anything that matters. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
